These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Essential subscription plan offered by My In Vitro Answer, based in Paris, France. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Purchase Plan Description

The Essential Plan (€15 per month - €180 per year) includes:

- Access to one full 15-40 page digital report on the pathology (disease, toxicity) of your choice from the reports published on the In Vitro Revolution page.

- Weekly curated newsletter.

- Access to premium articles and member-only content.

 

The Pro Plan (€79 per month - €948 per year) includes:

- Full access to all 15–40 page digital reports on pathologies (disease, toxicity) published on the In Vitro Revolution page.

- Weekly curated newsletter.

- Access to premium articles and member-only content.

- Either 1 custom hand painted illustration or 2 custom digital illustrations per subscription year. Pricing includes the base creation fee only. Additional usage rights (e.g., publication, commercial use) are available at extra cost.

 

2. Pricing and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at €15 for the Essential and €79 for the Pro plan.

• Payments are charged automatically each month to the payment method provided at checkout.

• All subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled after the initial 12 month commitment period.

• Prices may change; you will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.

 

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription renews automatically each month.

• The renewal occurs on the same date each month as your original purchase.

• You may disable auto renewal at any time after the initial 12 month commitment period.

• If payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is completed.

 

4. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation

• Subscriptions require a 12 month minimum commitment.

• Early cancellation is not possible during the first 12 months.

• After the initial 12 month period, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

However, because the Service includes immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to confirm the following at checkout:

“I agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that I waive my 14 day right of withdrawal.”

If you agree to this, the withdrawal right no longer applies once access is granted.

 

6. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided after purchase, except where required by EU law.

• No refunds are issued for partial months, unused content, or early cancellation.

• If you do not waive your 14 day withdrawal right and have not accessed any digital content, you may request a refund within the 14 day period.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
